Breakfast Pitas Directions: Soft Scramble 12 eggs and set aside to cool completely. Divide into 24 equal portions. Cut 6 whole wheat pitas in half and open the pockets. Fill the pitas with the egg and whatever toppings you like. Sprinkle with your favorite shredded cheese and place in a baggie. Remove air and freeze. When ready to eat, remove from baggie and heat in microwave for 1 minute on a paper towel. Wrap paper towel around the pita and you are ready to go.
