GRANOLA PIZZA INGREDIENTS • 2 cups Barley+ Cranberry & Nut Muesli • ½ cup nut butter (cacao nut butter) • ¼ cup coconut oil • ½ cup coconut yoghurt & seasonal fruit (for topping) DIRECTIONS Pulse muesli in food processor if too thick. Add coconut oil and nut butter and mix until the mixture sticks together. Use your hands or a fork as needed. Spread the mixture into lined pan/ baking dish and press down firmly with a spatula or the bottom of a glass cup. Place baking sheet in freezer for 10 minutes. Top pizza with yoghurt and fruits, and serve.
