Moreover, a leader’s decision always comes after the team’s approval, unlike a dictator who imposes rules without seeking any consultation. A true leader never lets its team suffer because of poor decision making.

Confident Confidence is utterly essential for a leader. If you are not confident then you can’t take decisions and your subordinates never honor you as a leader. Ooze your confidence and exhibit your assertiveness to earn respect among your team members.
