how’s the market?

The market is continuing its typical fall season slow down.

Interest rates moving up have helped get some people off of the fence. I expect the rest of the year to continue in the same path it typically does. All indications are showing we will have continued success in 2019. It’s a sellers’ market in the bottom 2/3rds of the market and a buyers’ market in the top 1/3rd.

With the Gusty Gulas Group Wine Dinner for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation  The G3 Team got together in support of team member Stacy and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

This particular event hit close to home because of Stacy’s daughter, Mary-Chandler, who has cystic fibrosis. Every year, a group of young professionals are chosen to help raise money through various ways to combat this disease. And the owners of Gianmarco’s were more than happy to let us use their event space for a fabulous wine dinner to help raise funds.

A couple of months ago, an acquaintance from high school contacted me from out of state needing to sell her condo in Highland Park. This was a purchase she made right out of high school and held onto as an investment property for many years.
