Security and reliability Security is Talk2M’s #1 priority: • VPN protocols based on OpenSSL and Open VPN 2.0; • Cloud hosting with SAS 70 Type II compliance; • 365/24/7 continuous monitoring with on-duty engineers; • Server roll-out with three different providers: in case of major server breakdown, we can quickly roll out VPN connections from one VPN server to another.
Servers spread all around the world to reduce latency between IP packets.
Access control Every Talk2M account includes an unlimited number of machines. You will be free to add as many machines and users as you wish. Talk2M Pro supports management of user privileges governing access to remote machines. Each eWON unit is a member of one or more pools, while each user belongs to one or more groups. The privileges granted to the members of a pool or group are defined by roles.
Secure mobile Web access Use M2Web directly from your iPad, iPhone or any Android device. M2Web provides browser-based access to your remote machines and sites without the need to install software.
Scalability Talk2M architecture was created with scalability in mind. Start small or large, and grow from there. Talk2M is designed to match your company’s ever-growing needs with multiple-server architecture.
SMS & E-Mail relay Add E-Mail and text messaging capabilities to your PLC and machines. From now on, you can receive alerts by SMS without having an eWON router equipped with a cellular modem, and receive E-Mails via Talk2M's SMTP server.
