Well... what a year we’ve had! This year we have introduced so many new products & services. At Martyn Gerrard we are always looking to advance our services in order to offer the best possible and up-to-date experience when a client decides to choose us. As of this year, we have launched a new product called VUZE which is a great feature that offers our clients that little bit more than your typical Estate Agent. Our Intelligent Targeted Marketing service is further explained on page 8&9. Additionally, we have been hitting social media hard and maintain a healthy presence over all respective channels where we are able to keep the community involved in what we do as well as offer local information. Last year we had our ‘We are North London, We are Martyn Gerrard’ Campaign, which highlighted all the hidden gems in the area. This evolved into our current campaign We are MG, We are the best” when we won gold at the EA masters.

Keeping in touch...

Technology is now an integral part of any business and at Martyn Gerrard we understand how powerful mediums such as social media can be. Social media can certainly help a business, if used correctly it has the opportunity to increase brand recognition and improve customer loyalty. For this reason it is important that we have an active social media presence where we can post engaging content on all relative social media channels, such as, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram

THE NEW WAY TO COMMUNICATE

. Our posts are mainly about local information but we also post about local school and charity events, special properties of note in the area, block viewings, new developments/restaurants opening etc. We then use google analytics, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram analytics to measure and the effectiveness of our posts. We like to stay in touch with our community, though this regular contact with our followers we hope to subconsciously reinforce Martyn Gerrard as their local go to agent of choice.


COM MUN ITY Supporting the Community is kind of our thing... Here at Martyn Gerrard we don’t just put all of our work into property, throughout 2019 we have supported and attended over 20 local school fairs, charity runs, bake sales, talent shows, quiz nights, street parties, car shows and so much more! We are pleased to say that Martyn Gerrard have been involved with most of these schools and charities for over 8 years and it is great to see events go from strength-to-strength over the years. It’s not just about the money, we like to help out at school and charity events by offering our services for printing material, such as, flyers, posters, programmes and banners. We also help with the design of most of the artwork as part of our support. We like to get involved and help whenever possible, which is why we also provide gazebos, our Mega Bouncy Castle, Soak the Estate Agent and many more games and play apparatus, as well as joining in with the fun on the day. As proud supporters of Crouch End Festival and its growing success year-on-year we are happy to say that we have been there from the start. This summer we were delighted to attend its 8th year running, and in the new location of Stationers Park. Over 15,000 people attend across the 10 day festival making this the biggest arts and crafts festival in the UK.
