Environmental science major looks to local lake for amphipod crustacean research Sally Sir, an environmental science major, is collecting amphipod crustaceans in Lake Sinclair to further her research project, Understanding Biodiversity through Taxonomic Training. Sir has been working in Dr. Kristine White’s lab since September of 2019. Part of the training includes using a stacked imaging system. The amphipod photo was taken by Sally using the imaging system. !
