Description:

The Sport Genetic Test of Endurance and Power (Varied Sports), or genetic analysis, was developed for athletes who aim improving their physical fitness, looking for an ideal combination of balance among physical qualities to improve training (intrinsic to this sport): endurance, power, and strength, mainly based on the athlete’s metabolic and mechanical potential, with his/her own morphological (height, weight , age, body composition, and others) and physiological (oxygen supply and consumption, cardiovascular and respiratory) characteristics, without omitting any data which may affect the mechanisms involved in the optimal energy contribution. This method will allow the athlete and his/her coaches to obtain unique, personalized and exclusive information which will allow him/her to develop a comprehensive preparation plan adapted to the collective specificities of this sport, the individual needs and objectives of the athlete him/herself. On the basis of the data collected, this genetic information will be interpreted by sports and nutrition experts allowing the athlete to obtain the necessary changes in his/her performance, both in the integral planning of his/her training, as well as in his/her diet, physical fitness, welfare, prevention and recovery from injuries that will help him/her progress in his/her development and performance.
