LOCATION The location is in the western part of the Porto Montenegro complex and the DSL “Arsenal” in Tivat, between the marina and the facility of so called “Dom vojske” (Army House) along the street of Blazo Jovanovic.

The architectural idea in design and esthetics of the building relies on coastal architecture and Mediterranean classicism, which gives the building a more formal, luxurious look. The design intention is that the exterior appearance creates an image of high quality building.

Architectural language and the form of delicate proportions, with balanced horizontal and vertical elements, give the special rhythm to the object. The strong base with an emphasized duplex element – a colonnade, highlights the main entrance of the building.

Strength and subtlety…

The materialization of the façade is envisaged in the spirit of the entire architecture… The first two and the last level are covered with a stone lining with distinctive decorative elements. The shade in materialization of the façade between levels 2 and 3 is made with the help of a crown. The final layer of the façade on the 3, 4 and 5 levels is made in mineral material.

The Italian-styled minimalist kitchen Valcucine features the finest selection of materials, and is equipped with Miele appliances of last generation. Italian Rex marble is the main feature of all the bathrooms, whereby elegant Villeroy & Boch Dornracht brassware, as well as Dornbracht faucets, with sophisticated lighting create especially relaxing atmosphere. Classic timber flooring from brand Listone Gioradno in rich beautiful oak complements the Lualdi high doors in each apartment.
