Bowmansville District Sewing Circle will meet at the Bowmansville Mennonite Church on Wednesday, August 20, in the morning and afternoon. Continue to pray for the process of choosing a pastor for our church. Remember the following dates September 21 - Qualification sermon by Kenneth Martin September 28 - Qualification sermon by J. Carl Sensenig September 28 - Ballots available for members to submit nominations As a way to keep our hearts focused on the discernment for a pastor, we think it will be helpful to meet together for prayer, conversation, and encouragement. We are planning for such a meeting on Thursday, August 21, 2008 at 7 p.m. at the church. All are welcome to attend. This will be an opportunity to join together in prayer concerning the discernment for a lead pastor for our congregation. This could also be an opportunity to talk together about the time line that we have set forth. Let us encourage one another to pray and to trust as together we seek the Lord's direction.
