GC One, specializes in the commercial real estate and the health care industry. We have a team of highly trained personnel with varied backgrounds. This well rounded team has resulted in a turnkey contracting firm, that provides services such as consulting, architectural plans, permitting, logistics, supervision, documentation, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service.
