Lucas Lu is the Co‐President of the winning NYU chapter and is very appreciative of the program and the experience of Global China Connection in general, including the ability to forge lasting relationships with like‐minded friends on an international platform. “As the leader of the new NYU chapter, I have learned that GCC thrives on not any particular individual, but the collective effort dedicated by students around the world. With that said, I highly encourage GCC members, old and new, to be proactive with their respective chapters and build upon this amazing legacy of opportunities, relationships, knowledge," he said. Feedback about the program from chapters has been very positive and the initiative was able to inspire them to do even more great work. All successful chapter submissions will be released online for GCC members to learn from, and the program plans to continue for the 2013‐14 school year.
