1st Bowl acquires Island Bowl in Channel Islands FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT CENTRES

Expanding UK leisure owner-operator, 1st Bowl has acquired its second bowling centre off the UK mainland in Guernsey. st Bowl, which has quickly built up a large portfolio of family entertainment centres across the UK and is looking to expand internationally as well as in the UK, picked up its second bowling complex off the UK mainland recently. The rapidly expanding operator has signed a 25 year lease with landlord, Stanhope House Leisure Limited on Island Bowl which is situated on Victoria Avenue, St Sampson. The 24,000sq.ft venue comprises 18 tenpin bowling lanes, a fully licensed bar, café, pool hall and function room.
