Dale’s GPS said it was not the correct place so we travelled further along to find Flats Track where it has always been.

Members who attended: Rowdy, Matt, Sam, Dale, Humph, Phil, Pete & Neringa, Kev & Deb, Simo & Guest Steve, Stu, Bear, Dave & Jackie, Croz, Tosto, KIDS: Connor Foulkes, Daniel Crossley, Ben Holding, Mitchell Holding, Blake Holding, Paul Carbone, Sam Carbone, Jamie Carbone, Nerida Paton, Jonas Paton, Bailey Forsythe, Flynn Forsythe, Jake Tosto,

A group left Friday to meet at Erica pub for lunch. This group had the club tarp and spit roaster This forward group was to select the best site at O’Tooles Flat. The publican provided excellent meals and at about 1.00 pm we set out to the camp The group was led by the president then Matt Phil, Sam and his kids, Dale & Connor, & Humph.

We got into O’Tooles about 3.30 PM Phil changed into his casual footwear but it was obvious that he had not checked his gear before he left. Phil set his own site with the Taj Mahal awning. Most of the others rolled out swags under Rowdy’s and Matt’s Tarp

We noted that the amenities had changed since our last visit & there is an additional toilet.

Then we went off to collect During the evening & night some wood for the fire. a few people came in. Connor was off playing Tosto, Croz & Danno, and skinned his knee. Rowdy had the safety gear & the certificate so we cut We chose an old fire place & packed a fallen tree into for our club and placed the the back of a Hilux and tarp just a bit further on. took the wood back to camp

We stop at Dry Gully Track and take it to the end.

Next morning it was the usual late breakfast after the kids had woken us up

At morning tea time we got to a river . We stopped We all have a look under for a while and the kids had fun playing in the wa- Sam’s bonnet ter. Only a few fell in trying to walk across the logs Next we head onto Dream Creek Track
