Description and purpose of classes? Wine & Spirit Tastings – Customized tasting catered to the need of the client; ranging from fine wines to all types of spirits from both professional and amateur backgrounds. Cuisine Lessons – Full range of lesson plans from children and parents to professionals looking to further their kitchen’s prowess. Lessons are customized to the client’s needs based on the style of cooking, level of culinary background, and ingredients. Restaurant Consultation – Specialized lessons to streamline restaurant service and menu efficiency, and improve wait staff knowledge base.
