The real estate market is still going strong in Carina with 21 homes selling in this suburb over the last quarter with a median sale price of $475,000. Although the Reserve Bank of Australia has continued to increase interest rates, there is still a lot of demand out there from buyers looking to purchase properties in Carina and good quality homes are selling quickly.
