VIII. SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION

9 If send by registered mail or by courier service, the application must be posted or dispatched not later than 13 November 2008 (as evidenced by the postmark or by the date of the deposit slip). 9 If hand delivered (in person or by an authorised representative), the application must be delivered to the European Commission's Central Mail Department no later than 16.00 (Brussels time) on 13 November 2008, in which case a receipt must be obtained as proof of submission, signed and dated by the official who took delivery.
