The home was intentionally designed to take advantage of the views of the Highline Canal, the Marjorie Perry Nature Preserve and the mountains. The stately entry features natural tumbled French limestone, stepping down onto lovely wide random width plank oak flooring that stretches throughout much of the main level.

A classic curved staircase with custom made wrought iron railings and balustrade lead to the upper level. Pearlescent painted trim, vaulted ceilings, stained glass windows, lovely carpet and skylights create a warm and architecturally exciting environment.
Upper Level Bedrooms
Four upper level bedrooms are nicely sized for both kids and/or guests. The ceilings are playful and high to give the feeling of a more gracious space. The bathrooms are arranged for acoustic privacy. The center bath shares some of its light with the main room while the stained glass windows provide plenty of privacy yet add a whimsical touch.
The office/studio accommodates two desks, a partner arrangement which readily provides double occupancy.
