David Bridie’s elegant songs of brooding urban angst combined with the glorious strings of Helen Mountfort’s cello and Hope Csutoros’ violin are irresistible.
The brainchild of 26-year-old Brighton born singer/ songwriter Mike Rosenberg, Passenger is redefining the troubadour for the 21st century. Cut from the same mould as Van Morrison and John Prine, Passenger’s forthcoming album ‘All The Little Lights’ has the unique ability to journey from humorous to heartbreaking with every song.

Lead by composer and violinist Alies Sluiter, The Picture Box Orchestra combines Indian classical techniques with jazz, hip-hop and Western classical influences. It’s a curious melting pot of musical genres, featuring performers from India, Pakistan, Melbourne and Adelaide.
Like buccaneers gone electric, Rapskallion explode onto the stage like a jack in the box, with an intoxicating concoction of old world romance, junkyard theatrical blues, and vaudevillian rock’n’roll. Rapskallion will be launching their brand new album, “Vagabond King” on vinyl and CD at the show.
