Take Time to Recharge “One of the biggest challenges in summer is trying to not overschedule yourself,” says therapist Chelsea McGuire. “We all do it, but then you don’t get the time needed to recharge.” She recommends setting aside time for yourself or with one other person at least once a weekend. Use this time to relax and decompress. Do something that allows your mind to turn off for a short while. Go for a walk, watch a movie or read a book. Taking time for yourself allows you to re-energize and be at your best the rest of the week.
