Hotel@Home offers furnished rental accommodation, tailored to boutique hotel standards, with the flexibility & functionality of co-space living. The all inclusive monthly rental covers the cost of everything in the home, with the exception of toiletries and food.

Hotel@Home properties are typically no more than three bedrooms, coliving communal areas offer homely environments to socialise with other tenants or rooms furnished to a standard where tenants can retreat and enjoy peace and comfort. Select projects also provide functional stations in each room incl. coffee machines, microwaves and a mini fridge. Hotel@Home has cemented its position where we now have a waiting list of prospective tenants pending completion of forthcoming projects.

CLARE BELL

is an entrepreneur with two decades experience developing and launching multi-sector businesses. Clare’s first business venture was a Central London Recruitment Consultancy in 1999. Clare then moved into high level, Strategic Business Consulting for several UK organisations, before making a complete career turnabout, mentoring and inspiring young people to make amazing, transformational changes to their lives. Clare has worked in partnership with National Charities, most notably Dame Kelly Holmes Trust, British Heart Foundation, Diabetes UK and Tesco Charity Partnership. Founder and Managing Director of The Motiv8 Zone – a personal and business development company – Clare has designed and delivered programmes that focus on personal, social and character development that have transformed the lives of many men, women and young people, and altered the performance trajectory of businesses across multi-sectors. Clare has been a property investor since 2003 and has a portfolio of flats, houses and HMO both in the Midlands and Kent.

Beccs has been developing her personal property portfolio since 2007, acquiring a cluster of BTL apartments, houses and Mini MOs situated primarily in the South West. Recognizing a distinct demand for simplified luxury accommodation for the young professional market, Beccs will focus solely on property acquisition and investments from January 2020.
