Within both months the chapter has been very busy as usual through individual and collective efforts concentrated on creating affective programs and events. Being that we are now into the new year we end strong in December and start strong in January. We continued to uphold a strong presence all over campus. Furthermore, we plan to continue to meet the high standards of implementing quality programs and events that we set for ourselves in the past month. The chapter’s achievements are constantly getting better and better with every initiative. This issue includes a few of the traditional programs & events that the chapter has continually been involved in, and brothers' involvement around campus throughout the past two months. Hope you brothers enjoy the phirst issue of the year's newsletter. Sincerely, Bro. LeQuan J. Clinton Editor to the Sphinx

Greek Switch This program was in collaboration with the brothers of Eta Alpha chapter of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Incorporated. The program goals learn about other Greek organizations within the NPHC and the MGC, in a fun and interactive atmosphere, while building Greek unity. The event was very successful and produced a tremendous turnout.

Study-A-Thon Every semester brothers hold Study-A-Thon to provide Penn State students with a healthy study environment as well as food and light refreshments. This semester we received donations from Pita Pit, Giant, Weis markets, and Walmart. Students came out, were able to get their work done, and enjoyed great food.
