Quarantined Sobremesa is a Digital Table hosted across the Quarantined Globe. We decided to turn the tables on COVID -19 and provide an online platform where a meal can be shared. We’re interested in understanding how people’s decision-making process around meal preparation will be impacted by changes in Food Access. COVID-19 is an unprecedented global trigger that just can’t be missed. We have chosen a topic of conversation as a pretext to lubricate an interface as we believe that is only through organic interaction that real observation on everyday citizens can be achieved.
