Refurbishment of “Villa Vicentini”

“Villa Vicentini” is located in the centre of the City of Ronchi dei Legionari, part of the Province of Gorizia and it is dated from the 19th Century. The compound is made of the main building, the Villa and other different buildings set around the rear courtyard. The project consist on the refurbishment of the warehouse, the conservatory, the colonnade and the courtyard. Into the warehouse has been provided a new lecture hall for 100 people. It has been projected a new entrance along its side, with a porch made of COR-TEN pillars, while into the conservatory have been provided general services and a small lecture hall at the first floor. Into the colonnade have been provided general services and offices.
