SPARKS AMERICA CAMPGROUNDS Say hello to Oklahoma’s newest music festival of the SUMMER!
24 HOURS 26 BANDS 1 STAGE
COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP BOOKLET
OKWOODSTOCK13 is a mini Music & Camping Festival igniting a free culture reminiscent of Woodstock and the freedom of expression associated with the 1960’s and 70’s. It infuses the unduplicatable sound of local music, psychedelic art, community, nature, zen, peace, love, goodwill and summer...some of the best elements of the universe. “24 hours/26 bands/1 stage and PEACE & LOVE toward Oklahoma tornado relief. “
Hello there! We are FUN PR-a new local organization in OKC dedicated to organizing cool events for goodwill through what we call community PR.
WE ARE FUN
This summer, we are hosting an event called OKWOODSTOCK13 Music & Camping Festival on August 3rd-4th. OKWOODSTOCK is Oklahoma’s newest music festival of the summer! This is a 24 hour event featuring 26 of Oklahoma’s favorite artists on 1 stage at Sparks America Campgrounds in Sparks, OK which is located between Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Stillwater. In the wake of Oklahoma’s recent tragic events, we would like to donate 75% of the proceeds from this event to The Red Cross of Central & Western Oklahoma to help those devastated by the recent tornadoes that affected Moore, Shawnee, El Reno and other areas. When we face hard times, we believe we can do more as a commu nity to help put the pieces back together than we can as individuals. That’s why we are seeking local OKC based partnerships to help spread the word about this cause! Would you consider be coming a community partner? We currently have incredible community partners in the areas of Edmond, Guthrie and Tulsa and we are looking to gain the support of some local businesses in the Oklahoma City area. What are the benefits of becoming a community partner for OKWOODSTOCK13 Music & Camping Festival? 1.) Featured logo on all promotional material including flyers, the website, the stage banner, etc 2.) You will be announced as one of the community partners for 1 of the 3 events for OKWOODSTOCK Music & Camping Festival! 3.) As a community partner, we will encourage attendees to shop at your place of business to prepare for the festival! 4.) FREE tickets to the festival! Plus, become an official location where people can buy tickets. For each ticket purchased at your location, you keep $1!
