To generate sustainable financial income for the long run that benefit the economy and national industry, through the efficient management of a diversified portfolio of investments of financial assets.

Our values apply the following guiding principles in the general conduct of FSDEA’s members individually and collectively:
• Transparência O FSDEA obriga-se a promover um quadro fiscal eficiente. O conselho de administração obriga-se a uma conduta transparente e responsabilizável, alinhada à legislação vigente em Angola, bem como às boas práticas do ramo ditadas pelos Princípios de Santiago.
• Transparency The FSDEA undertakes to promote a tax efficient framework. The Board of Directors undertakes to conduct itself in a transparent and accountable manner, in line with current legislation in Angola, as well as the business practices dictated by the Principles of Santiago.
À semelhança dos exercícios anteriores, em 2016 o Fundo Soberano de Angola alcançou uma elevada cotação no Índice de Transparência Linaburg-Maduell de 8 por 10, uma avaliação regular independente, reconhecida internacionalmente, que examina a fiabilidade das informações divulgadas pelos fundos soberanos.
Similar to previous years, in 2016 the Sovereign Wealth Fund of Angola reached a high Linaburg-Maduell Transparency Index score, from 8 to 10, through internationally recognized regular independent reviews, that examine the reliability of information disclosed by Sovereign Wealth funds.
• Responsabilização O conselho de administração é responsável por todos os actos do FSDEA e obriga-se a agir em conformidade com os diplomas oficiais e a legislação aplicável à sua conduta. Durantes os três primeiros anos de actividade, o FSDEA obriga-se à plena adoção das normas e conduta indicadas pelos Princípios de Santiago (GAPP).
• The Provincial public interest; The Board of Directors is responsible for all acts of FSDEA and undertakes to act in accordance with the official diplomas and the legislation applicable to its actions. During the first three years of activity, the FSDEA undertook the full adoption of the processes and standards of conduct required by Santiago Principles (GAPP).
• Consciência O FSDEA é uma entidade estatal responsável e dedicada ao benefício do povo angolano, pelo que se obriga a actuar de forma legítima, responsável e consciente em relação às normas culturais e ao meio ambiente das localidades onde opera.
• The City’s public interest; The FSDEA is a state entity responsible and dedicated to the benefit of the Angolan people, which forces itself to act legitimately, responsibly and consciously in relation to the culture and the environment in the areas where it operates.
• Respeito O Fundo Soberano de Angola obriga-se à observância da legislação e das normas em vigor na República de Angola e nos países onde opera.
• Respect The Sovereign Wealth Fund of Angola undertakes to comply with the legislation and standards in force in the Republic of Angola and the countries where it operates.
