means of :

1. Publications : Andalucia Aeronautica, sector magazine 4 issues/year The annual Statistics of the Sector The annual Report of Helice Foundation 2. ASSESMENT 1.- The helice network is a unique collaboration experience among Administration- A leading company Eads-Casa (today Airbus Milityary) and the Auxiliary Sector by virtue of which companies share costs, resources, risks and rewards. 2.- As a matter of fact is a pionneer experience in Europe, as these solutions are technically available since almost a decade but with a high entrance barrier (investment). Only a holding organization would find it worthwhile. 3.- The initiative has been rated as “best practice” and participated in some R&D EU funded projects ( Ecolead, Erik, Coin). The Helice Foundation takes part on an European Aerospace Association for the Electronic Extended Enterprise Management of the European Aerospace Sector led by Airbus. 4.- In the 21 st century, to remain competitve, working hard and apply lean, etc is unfortunately not enough. Companies have to learn to network with other companies. 5.- HeliceNet provide the sector with functionalities allowing information interchange facilitating a collaborative network. 6.- ASP mode means savings for companies for they would need to keep a Computer Dept. team to operate a service center for every company. 7.- IDEA Agency will contiue to support this network’ growth as did in any expansion project submitted for its consideration.
