The Florida Study of Professionals for Safe Families (FSPSF) is a longitudinal study of Florida’s child welfare workforce. The primary focus of the study examines turnover and retention decisions among frontline workers. The FSPSF project was funded by the Florida Institute of Child Welfare and was led by Dr. Dina Wilke (Principal Investigator), Dr. Melissa Radey (co-Principal Investigator), and Dr. Lisa Magruder (Project Manager/Post-Doctoral Scholar).
