Jackie Lacey, AIFD, CFD, PFCI Jackie Lacey has over twenty-five years of experience in the retail floral market and ownership of shops in Tennessee, Texas and South Carolina. He has been provided an extensive background in the retail floral market and design industry. Formally Vice-President and Wedding & Event specialist for a retail floral corporation with annual sales over a million dollars, Jackie now utilizes his experience to provide education and instructional design programs, market showroom set up, private retail consulting as well as design and event planning. Jackie’s strong desire to share this acquired floral knowledge and competition experience has only fueled the demand to promote the continued growth of the floral industry and continuing education through numerous stage presentations for multi State Associations and national industry leaders such as Virgin Farms Direct, Smithers-Oasis, BloomNet®, FTD and Ongoing Creative Designer for John Henry Company. His current position as Lead Floral Instructor for the Floriology® Institute continues to broaden and enhance his own education. Experience in floral design for the Tournament of Roses Parade floats, product development team for the largest Import/Export show in the world and set up and design for Gift Market showrooms only adds to the vast floral experience he can call on for every event. He has served as a leader in numerous industry associations to include current position as board member of the Southern Region AIFD Board of Directors, AIFD National Membership Committee Vice Chairman, CFD Committee and Consumer Awareness Committee.

Anthony Swick, AIFD, FSMD, CFD With over 20 years plus experience in the floral industry, Anthony has been a retail shop owner for over 15 years. He has been involved in many large projects and won many awards for his designs. He was part of the FTD design team for the Governor’s mansion four times and has been involved in local functions for the community in education. He held the position of Vice President for the West Coast Florist Association. After a four year break to be a “stay at home dad”, Anthony has made his new home in the South Tampa, FL. Bay Bouquet has lent him new opportunities and the time to pursue his career within the industry. In 2009, he completed the Florida State Master Designer through FSFA and his CFD through The American Institute of Floral Designers. In 2011, Anthony was inducted into AIFD in San Francisco, CA. He has served as a leader in numerous industry associations including his current position as board member of the Southern Region AIFD Board of Directors, AIFD National Membership Committee Vice Chairman, CFD Committee and Consumer Awareness Committee. With a passion for floral design and working with the “back bone” of our industry, making education available to all is a goal that he promises for those who look to grow their knowledge.

Christine Batley, Professional Balloonatic In a 20 year career that has included Award-winning Choreographer, Creative and Expressive Arts teaching and Retail Sales / Merchandising Management, Christine brings with her a broad range of business and life experience. Her seven years with Anagram International has allowed her to travel the United States and Canada, sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm for the balloon business. You are sure to leave Christine’s presentation with a smile on your face and great ideas on how to grow your balloon business.
