Alternative to park rather than extending or competing with it. Take advantage of high pedestrian circulation. Direct sun. Take advantage of prevailing breeze. Respect Continuity of street fagade. Assume area will be built higher in the future. Borrowed landscape rather than the termination of a space (the park).

Metro passengers can follow the "land-

scape" manipulation into metro, or overpass and take the stair/elevator. Site allows for easy pedestrian cross traffic.

Landscape and ground is manipulated to enforce circulation spaces in commercial zones without feeling as in a train station. Landscape and ground movements emphasize that site the doesn't only happen on one level.
