Human Resource Management You will learnâ€Ś Human Resource Management course work provides expertise in employment law, recruitment, assessment and selection; employee performance, training and development; compensation and benefits; health safety and security; and employee and labor relations. This course of study helps you gain an understanding of human resource information systems and strategic HR management, and examines other current business issues. Woven throughout specific coursework are topics relevant to all business professionals. The program was developed by practicing human resource professionals using the framework provided by the Human Resource Certification Institute.

Where is the Human Resource Management degree offered? We offer adult-focused bachelor’s degrees in Wichita, Topeka, greater Kansas City area and online. Not all courses and programs are available in all locations or in both online and on-campus formats. Please check with your Admissions Counselor for more details.
How long will it take to complete my degree? This varies depending upon several factors, including how much previous college credit you have. However, you can start as soon as you want and finish as soon as you like. You determine your own pace – whether you want to take one evening course per week or more than one per week. Your admissions counselor can give you a better idea of timeframe.
Is the degree accredited? Yes. All Friends University undergraduate and graduate degrees are accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association.
