Business Management You will learn… A unique blend of cross-disciplinary learning, this degree focuses on managerial concepts as well as quantitative controls at both the strategic and operational levels. How long will it take to complete my degree? This varies depending upon several factors, including how much previous college credit you have. However, you can start as soon as you want and finish as soon as you like. You determine your own pace – whether you want to take one evening course per week or more than one per week. Your admissions counselor can give you a better idea of timeframe.
Is the degree accredited? Yes. All Friends University undergraduate and graduate degrees are accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association.

Business Management Concentrations General Business You will learnâ€Ś This concentration advances levels of understanding through courses in organizational theory, strategic management, international business and project management. The professional core and advanced courses develop a strong business foundation for the diverse environment of the business world.
Health Care Management You will learnâ€Ś Emphasis is placed on the management side of the health care industry with courses in medical terminology, health services, regulatory and legal issues, and health systems. The concentration provides a broad educational background for those working or wanting to work in the health care field.
Operations Management You will learnâ€Ś This area is concerned with the designing, planning, controlling and coordinating of business processes, functions and systems. Through advanced study in systems planning, lean manufacturing, logistics and statistical process control, the concentration prepares students for career opportunities in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, transportation and distribution among others.
