Memorial weekend is almost here again and with it comes the excitement of the second annual Shawnee hills Wine Trail Arts Festival. This years event will feature all the fun of last year and more. With Twelve wineries, two days of live music from the bandshell, a vintage baseball tournament, delicious food from 17th Street Bar & Grill and the regions best artisans displaying their handcrafted art, this years event promises a great time for all.

Vintage Base Ball The Murphysboro Clarkes will take on the Springfield Long Nines Saturday at Riverside parks Chep Kessel field. Admission is free to festival goers. Game starts at 1:00pm.
