Special Notice to Prospective Jewelry Bidders Prospective jewelry bidders should exercise caution; we remind you that colored stones may be enhanced by heating or other treatment. Freeman’s is not aware of what treatments stones have undergone prior to consignment, and makes no warranty to the successful bidder of a colored stone or diamond as to such stone’s status natural or treated. In addition please be advised that some gem weights have been estimated through measurement, and therefore cannot be relied upon. We encourage prospective bidders of jewelry to view lots in person prior to sale. All lots are sold “as is”.

Special Notice to Perspective Watch and Clock Bidders Prospective bidders should exercise caution when bidding on clocks or watches at auction. While Freeman’s offers a short description of the piece, the catalogue notes are not intended to be a complete analysis of the condition of any clock or watch. Clocks and watches offered at auction are often of age and have received much wear and tear during their lifetime. All clocks and watches are to be sold in ‘as is’ condition, and we encourage bidders to evaluate the piece in person prior to bidding.

Special Notice to Bidders Please note that all items illustrated are not life size.
