At Kingfisher Bay Resor t, we make full use of the natural light and ventilation in our conferencing venues… plus we’re just a hop skip and a jump from our hotel, villa and Kingfisher house accommodation – which will cut down your carbon footprint. Our purpose-built meeting rooms are surrounded by large decks, filled with natural light, and devoid of clutter or distractions, leaving you to get down with the business at hand. THE BALLROOM Our versatile ballroom space can seat 300 theatre-style, 180 for a banquet dinner or can be sub-divided into three smaller rooms – Stirling, Aramac, and Marloo.

OUTDOOR DINING Dingo Den - Dine outside by the campfire, in this outdoor space that suits those with a sense of adventure! Dingo Deck - An extended timber veranda surrounded by native bush, this space is suitable for large table set-ups and any type of weather. Upper Poolside - Enjoy a lavish soiree by the pool, with cocktails served directly from the outdoor bar – basking in the afternoon sun or ambient mood lighting at night.

The Kingfisher Bay Ferry has six services to the resor t daily from River Heads and return. The ferry seats 220 passengers with a fully licensed bar and snack food available.

Direct flights available daily with Qantas from Brisbane and Virgin Australia from Sydney.

The Fraser Venture Barge runs daily services to Wanggoolba Creek from River Heads. All transfer times are subject to change without advance notice. Please check with reservations at the time of booking for the current schedule.

Kingfisher Bay Resor t can pre-book return airport transfers from Fraser Coast Hervey Bay Airport to the Kingfisher Bay Mainland Reception.
