WEE-SONG LEE is the Vice President, Centre of Interactive Media, at ST Electronics (Training and Simulation Systems). He also holds concurrent appointments as Head for the New business Division (Since 2006) and overseeing the company’s operations in Thailand as General Manager of ST Electronics (Thailand Office). As VP-CiM, wee song’s mission is to transform the former Simulation CTO office into a Centre for Interactive Media. CiM embarks on development that caters for the needs of the SAGE sectors*. CiM aims to build STEE (T&S) technology base and R&D capabilities to newer levels to cater for the demands and needs of local and International clientele. (*SAGE - Simulations, Animation, Games and Edutainment). Wee-Song is also Board of Director of ST Education and Training Maritime Bureau and STET Centre. Wee-Song holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Leicester (UK), a Bachelors Degree in Marine Technology from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne (UK) and a Technical Diploma in Marine Engineering from the Singapore Polytechnic. WILLI LEMKE, geboren 1946 in Pönitz / Ostholstein, war von 1981 bis 1999 Manager von Werder Bremen. Anschließend vertrat er die Interessen der Freien Hansestadt Bremen als Senator für Bildung und Wissenschaft sowie als Senator für Inneres und Sport (1999 - 2008). UN-Generalsekretär Ban Ki-moon ernannte ihn 2008 zu seinem Sonderberater für Sport im Dienst von Entwicklung und Frieden. WOLFGANG MAENNIG is professor of economics at the Department of economics of Hamburg University. Beforehand he was professor at E.A.P. Paris-OxfordBerlin-Madrid. He was a visiting professor at the American University in Dubai as well as at the Universities Stellenbosch (South Africa) and Istanbul, at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and at the University of Economics Bratislava. He was also visiting scholar at International Monetary Fund in Washington, D.C., at Deutsche Bundesbank in Frankfurt and at Institute for Advanced Studies in Kiel. His research concentrates on economic policy, sport economics, and real estate economics and has been published in academic numerous journals, including Economic Letters, Regional Studies, Regional Science and Urban Economics, Labour Economics, Applied Economics, Journal of Sports Economics, Oxford Bulletin of Economics and Statistics, and Contemporary Economic Policy. Wolfgang Maennig has worked as an expert for many bids of large sport events, eg. the Olympic bid of Berlin 2000, Leipzig 2012, Munich 2018 and the Athletics World Cup Berlin 2009. He was Olympic Champion (rowing, eight with coxwain) at the Olympics 1988 in Seoul and president of the German Rowing Federation, 19952001. In 2000 he received the Olympic Order.
