All Scout Swimming

3 Cheers for Animals

Join other Scouts and fulfill the requirements for swimming badges and belt loops. Focus will be on skills needed to complete the Junior Girl Scout Swimming and Water Fun Badge, the Aquanaut Badge and the Cub Scout Belt Loop for Swimming. Swimming skills, floating, treading water, using floatation devices, diving and the buddy system will be emphasized. Space is limited to three troops or dens per day. (JHV)

Take a Daisy’s journey to learn about wild animals and caring for wildlife. Scouts will discover a variety of birds, different types of nests and learn about the basic needs of all animals. The program focuses on group activities, working together and role playing. (MG)
