Keybridge, Vauxhall, London SW8 for Mount Anvil This image shows part of a 470 residential unit scheme being developed by Mount Anvil Ltd on a site of a former BT communication centre. The development includes 5 no. of blocks of 38, 23, 10 & 5 storeys high. It also includes four retail units, commercial areas, residents’ facilities, storage areas and a double basement.

Redevelopment of Britannia Nurseries, Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire for Higgins Homes A residential development of 90 houses adjacent to the Lee Valley Park. The site is laid out with a central tree-lined boulevard, housing crescents, small housing squares and a large public amenity area with ponds linking to the Lee Valley Park. A varied palette of local materials is being used including, bricks, weather boarding, render, profiled roof tiles.
