If he would talk that way to a newspaper, how must he treat those over which he has some kind of authority? FOOT FACTS by Dr. Eric Tepper BOARD CERTIFIED PODIATRIST, ACCPPS PLANTAR WARTS
Generally caused by viruses that invade compromised skin, plantar warts can develop on the soles of the feet. It may be weeks or even months before these warts become visible since pressure on the feet pushes the warts inward. If untreated, plantar warts can cause severe pain when the individual is walking or standing. Podiatrists can address plantar warts using various procedures that are determined by the severity of the condition. Multiple applications of liquid nitrogen may be used to freeze and thereby destroy the warts’ live tissue. Surgical excision may be recommended. In severe cases, laser surgery may be required. If you suspect that you may have a plantar wart, see your podiatrist. We want all of our patients to be informed decision makers and fully understand any foot health issues you face. We have had adequate training and experience, so that we can help your feet be healthy. We’re located at 3143 Hwy. 6 South, where we can address all of your foot health concerns. Please call us at 281-980-3668 to schedule an appointment. Don't take your feet for granted - call us for an appointment. Make your next step a comfortable one - call us for an appointment. HINT: Warts that disappear may come back or spread to other parts of the body since most treatments destroy the wart but don't kill the virus that causes the wart.
