At Forestree Collective, we create climate-smart furniture that supports healthier forests. We source logs from local forest restoration and fuel load reduction projects, repurposing trees that would otherwise be chipped or burned. By transforming this “waste” wood into high-quality products, we help sequester carbon in our buildings.
Just as we need healthy forests, we also need healthy homes. That’s why we craft our products from solid wood and use only the safest finishes to ensure superior indoor air quality.
Handcrafted in California, our designs elevate your space while reflecting your commitment to sustainability.

At Forestree Collective, we take a vertically integrated approach to furniture production, controlling every step—from sourcing logs to crafting the final product. This ensures full oversight, allowing us to guarantee quality and sustainability at each stage. By managing our own milling and production, we create high-quality, eco-friendly wood products that support local forest restoration and reduce carbon emissions.
We collaborate with forest restoration professionals in Sonoma County, CA, to source our logs. Using a highproduction, small-diameter single-pass mill and a portable bandsaw mill, we mill the wood to our exact specifications. After milling and drying, we craft our products in our 5,000-square-foot industrial woodshop, bringing the benefits of healthy forests directly to you.
By utilizing small-diameter and “non-merchantable” trees, we transform wood that would otherwise be chipped or burned, storing that carbon within our buildings.
We are committed to supporting forest stewardship practices that improve resilience to wildfires, pests, and disease. Thinning and fuel load reduction strategies help achieve this goal while ensuring that more water is retained in our watersheds. To further support these efforts, we donate 10% of our profits to fuel load reduction and ecological forest restoration projects in Sonoma County, California.
