Ingredients » 2 cans refrigerated biscuits (7.5 oz each) » 1 cup shredded Gruyere » 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil » 1 Tbsp fresh thyme leaves » ½ tsp garlic powder » ½ tsp onion powder

Directions Pre-heat the oven to 375°F Spritz a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

Cut the biscuits into quarters. Add them to a large mixing bowl and add the Gruyere, oil, fresh thyme, garlic powder and onion powder. Toss to evenly coat.

Evenly divide the mixture between the muffin tin cups. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.

Ingredients » 1 lb elbow macaroni » 8 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted » ½ cup shredded muenster cheese » ½ cup shredded mild cheddar cheese » ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese » ½ cup shredded monterey jack cheese » 2 cups Half-and-half » 2 large eggs, lightly beaten » 8 oz Velveeta, cut into small cubes » ¼ tsp seasoned salt » ⅛ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Grease a 9×13 baking pan and set aside.

Add to a large bowl the Muenster, Cheddar cheeses, and Monterey Jack. Set aside.

Add 3 quarts of salted water to a large stock pot and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and cook using the al dente directions on the back of the box.

Drain the noodles and add to a large mixing bowl.

Pour the melted butter over the noodles and stir to evenly coat.

Add the half-and-half, eggs, Velveeta, seasoned salt, pepper and half of the shredded cheese to the noodles, and stir to combine.

Pour the noodles into the prepared baking pan.

Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.

Bake for 30 minutes, or until the edges are bubbling.

Serve immediately.

Directions Peel and quarter the potatoes. Add them to a large stock pot along with the bay leaf and 2 Tbsp salt. Cover with cold water.

Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook until the potatoes are tender, approx. 20 min. Drain well and remove the bay leaf.

While the potatoes are cooking, heat the cream and butter in a small saucepan.

Run the potatoes through a food mill or rice in to a large mixing bowl. Add the hot cream, salt and pepper. Mix with a spoon, top with chives and serve.

Directions Add the egg yolks, sugar and nutmeg to a large mixing bowl and beat until the liquid is light in color and falls from the whisk in a solid ribbon-like motion.

Add the whole milk, half and half and heavy cream to a pitcher and slowly beat in the egg mixture.

Move to a large jar and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Directions Add the condensed milk and water to a stand mixer and whisk on medium speed until well combined (approx. 1 minutes).

Add the pudding mix and whisk until smooth (approx. 2 minutes). Transfer to a medium mixing bowl and refrigerate until firm (at least 1 hour).

Add the heavy cream to a stand mixer and whip on medium speed until the cream starts to thicken (approx. 1 minutes). Increase the speed to medium-high and continue to whisk until stiff peaks form (do not over whip).

Turn the mixture to low and add the pudding mixture, one spoonful at a time. Blend until no streaks of the pudding remain.

Assemble in a large glass bowl or individual bowls. Spread 1/4 of the pudding mixture on the bottom of the bowl, followed by 1/3 of the cookies and 1/3 of the sliced bananas.

Repeat 2 more times, and finish with a layer of pudding on the top. Garnish with extra cookie crumbs.

Cover with Sarah wrap and refrigerate 4-6 hours.

For best texture, serve within 12 hours of assembling.

Ingredients » 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened » 1/2 cup vegetable oil » 1/2 cup granulated sugar, plus more for topping » 1/2 cup powdered sugar » 1 large egg » 2 teaspoons vanilla extract » 1 chai tea bag » 2 cups flour » 1/2 teaspoon baking soda » 1/4 teaspoon salt

Glaze Ingredients: » » » »

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp cinnamon 2 Tbsp milk or eggnog

Directions Add the butter to the bowl of a stand mixer and cream until fluffy. Add the oil and mix until well combined.

Mix in the sugar, powdered sugar, eggs, vanilla add the dried chai tea leaves from 1 tea bag. Once mixed, add the flour, baking soda and salt and mix until the dough comes together and is soft.

Transfer the mixing bowl to the refrigerator and chill for a minimum of 1 hour.

Pre-heat the oven to 350°F. Remove the dough from the refrigerator once the oven is pre-heated.

Take 1 tablespoon of dough and shape into a ball with your hands. Flatten slightly and transfer to a lined baking sheet. Repeat until all dough is used up.

Sprinkle extra sugar over the top of the dough and bake for 8-12 minutes. The outer edges will be a light golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes.

While the cookies are cooling, whisk together the glaze ingredients and spoon onto the cooled cookies. Set for 10 minutes.

Directions Grease two bread loaf pans (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2) and set aside.

Add the sugar and cinnamon to a shallow dish and stir to combine. Set aside.

Cut the dough lengthwise into two equal pieces. Make 4 light criss-cross slits in each piece before brushing with melted butter.

Roll the dough in the cinnamon sugar mixture, making sure the entire exterior is covered. Repeat with the second dough ball.

Transfer the dough into the greased bread loaf pans and place in a warm spot for 30 minutes, so the bread rises.

Pre-heat the oven to 300°F. Bake for 35 minutes, turning the pan halfway through for even cooking.

In a shallow dish, combine the sugar and cinnamon and set aside.

While cooking, make the glaze. Add the powdered sugar and water (or lemon juice) and whisk to combine. Add more liquid, if needed. The mixture should be smooth.

Drizzle on the bread while still warm.

Ingredients » 2 boxes vanilla cake mix » 2 tubs vanilla frosting » 1 cup + 4 tablespoons Greek yogurt » 2 sticks unsalted butter » 2 eggs, whisked » 1 tsp peppermint extract » 6-8 candy canes, crushed

Assembly: Place one cake on a cake stand and cover with frosting. Add the second cake and coat with the frosting. Add the crushed candy canes to the side of the cake until well coated. Add a little crushed candy canes to the top as garnish.

Directions Pre-heat the oven to 350°F. Grease two 8” round cake pans and set aside.

Add the eggs to a large mixing bowl along with 10 Tbsp of melted butter. Stir to combine. Add the peppermint extract and stir to combine.

Add 1/3 of the cake mix and whisk until fully combined.

Slowly whisk in 1/2 of the yogurt, followed by 1/3 of the cake mix. Add the remaining yogurt and cake mix and whisk until smooth.

Divide the batter between the two cake pans. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until golden. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Whisk eggs in a large bowl, then add 10 tablespoons of melted butter and stir until mixture thickens. Next, add the peppermint extract and continue whisking.

Add 1/3 of the vanilla cake mix to the egg/butter mixture and whisk gently until blended. Gently whisk ½ of the yogurt into the batter, followed by another 1/3 of the dry mix. Add the remaining yogurt and dry mix, and whisk until smooth.

Evenly distribute batter into the cake pans and bake for 18-20 minutes or until the top of the cakes are golden.

Allow cakes to cool before removing from pans.

While the cakes are baking, add 6 Tbsp of butter and 4 Tbsp of yogurt to a large mixing bowl and whisk at medium speed. Slowly add the vanilla frosting and continue whisking until smooth.

2 Tbsp olive oil 7 oz beef trimmings 4 large shallots, sliced 12 black peppercorns 1 bay leaf 1 thyme spring 1 splash red wine vinegar 1 750ml red wine 3 cups beef stock

Directions Heat the oil in a large skillet and add the beef trimmings. Brown on all sides for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the shallots, peppercorns, bay leave and thyme. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

Once the shallots are golden brown, add the vinegar and let cook for a few minutes until almost dry.

Add the wine and boil until reduced by half.

Add the stock and bring to a boil. Low the heat and simmer for 60 minutes. Remove any scum that foams at the top. Strain the liquid through a sieve and add salt and pepper, as needed.
