Today the ayyub family presides over a successful business that supplies pre-packed fresh poultry, lamb and beef, and manufactures frozen snacks – handmaking up to 20 million individual samosas a year, plus rolls, kebabs and added-value frozen products. in 2004, the business was approached by asda to launch frozen samosas in selected stores, and in 2014, the four major multiples relaunched their fresh meat ranges and category sales doubled. since 2016, the company has run in-store halal butcheries in Tesco and morrisons and by the end of
