xplain how HYPOXI works? HYPOXI machines apply positive and negative pressure to a client’s body while they undertake a gentle 30 min cycle; this process improves circulation, which then allows the body to metabolise fat stores in the target areas, which are the stomach, bottom and thigh areas. Put simply, because fat is metabolised via the blood stream, if a person has poor circulation in a specific area it can become increasingly difficult to lose weight in these locations, even when a person is looking after their diet and exercising. Tell us more about your PT service? Personal trainer Nikki Blewitt offers training for individuals and groups at HYPOXI. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Accredited Boxing Instructor. “I’ve always led an active lifestyle and am passionate about health and fitness. Joyce Mifsud, who has over 10 years’ experience as a beauty therapist, launched Beauty Within in June - operating from HYPOXI Studio - specialising in natural skincare products handmade in Australia. “We are most definitely
