Score Greater Insight Into Your Bottom Line with a Weekly Scorecard

Newell

A business scorecard is a weekly summary of activity within your organization, including production, revenue and expenses, cash and accounts receivable, and opportunities. This concept helps you identify any challenges ahead of time in order to catch problems and prevent fires before they start. A scorecard enables you to see how your business is performing on a weekly basis and gives you the opportunity to react more quickly. Using a weekly scorecard allows you to keep a pulse on the business, so when month-end comes you have a better understanding of why the numbers appear the way they do with no surprises. Weekly interaction with data will help you gain a clear vision and correct the course if the numbers aren’t on track.

Join Eric Newell, president of Stoneridge Software, as he covers what weekly scorecards consists of and how every business can gain greater insight by using one.
