2.1 | FM Consulting, a strategic ally FM Consulting Realty Group goes back to 1990, when the professional career of this company, dedicated to providing real estate consulting and services started. FM consulting was born out of an existing real estate sector married to the tourism trade. FM Consulting has generated more than 1,800 homes sold in recent years, primarily in international markets, thanks to its role as exclusive Marketing agent and Property Developer. In addition to attending the resale market as FM Properties, the Real Estate Group division provides access to more than 6,000 second-hand properties and those from the banks and foreclosures.

Currently, the brand new FM Your Vacation Resort was created to take charge of tourism management, under the brand Hotels Don Tico. They were put into operate 3 complexes of apartments with 3 keys in the towns of Marbella and Estepona, reaching a total of 1,400 beds. Our experience in real estate also includes our experience in hotel operationand management of real estate projects. We did it in the past under the brand DON TICO HOTELS, 3 complexes of Tourist Apartments 3 keys in Estepona and Marbella and more than 1,400 beds.

Completed in 1999. Luxury residential complex located in the prestigious area Lomas de Marbella, in the heart of the Golden Mile. The complex has a sports club, squash courts, two heated pools with Jacuzzi, two steam rooms, two saunas , body treatment room, gym, billiards room and an English bar.

Jockey Villas Promoting Jockey Villas, completed in 2006, it is located in the Cala de Mijas. Consisting of 86 apartments within a gated and quiet residential area. The apartments of two and three bedrooms, in urbanization with gardens, outdoor pools and views of the mountains and the coast.

Green Valley Alcaidesa FM Consulting was in charge of the exclusive marketing and sales promotion of Green Valley Alcaidesa, completed in 2006. The complex consists of 42 townhouses and is located in the western part of the Costa del Sol, between Sotogrande and the Rock of Gibraltar.

FM Business Investors Group FM BUSINESS INVESTORS is the division specifically aimed at developers, investors, institutional and private investment funds, to “family offices” at the international level, financial entities and businesses in general. FM GROUP advises and collaborates in all stages of the entire process of real estate development.

Jointly define the pricing policy, the business strategy, design, marketing plan of sales, market and sell exclusively the promotion, we take care of the delivery of the housing, handling title deeds registration and licenses of the first occupation, as well as after sales service and customer service.

For searching a plot or real estate assets that an investor requires, conducting legal and technical “due diligences”, market analysis, studies of supply and demand, study of feasibility, business plan, acquisition of plots, urban planning, support and negotiations with the various relevant public administrations to achieving licenses and corresponding permits.

3.2 | The team Fausto Martinez Villa PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER

Fausto Martinez began his career working in the tourist industry holding positions as General Manager of Hotel El Paraiso in Estepona and Hotel del Golf Plaza in Marbella. In 1991 he made the change to real estate FM Consulting Realty Group founded with his wife, Angela Schouten. Fausto Martinez has a strong reputation in the region as a reliable and respected professional in the sector. His expertise includes the successful marketing of real estate developments, advising investors on the acquisition of real estate, research and preparation of land for the development and creation and management of innovative projects in the region of Marbella, including Monte Paraiso Country Club, Monte Paraiso, BahĂ­a del Velerin, Costa Galera among others, Cortijo del Mar Resort y Las Terrazas de Cortesin. While holding the presidency of the FM Consulting Realty Group, between 2007 and 2010 was also CEO of the International Department of Labaro Property Group, then Executive Director of Fortalia Investment Group. Fausto Martinez is Honorary Consul of Latvia in Malaga and Andalusia Oriental, and founding member of the Centre for Tourism Initiatives (CIT) in Marbella .


Juan Jesus Martinez Villa, holds a degree in Business and Tourist Activities, Master MBA in Tourism Management and Planning Master’s Degree in Tourism Management. He develops much of his career in the tourism sector assuming positions of great importance as the Director of Tourism Promotion of the organizer of the Universal Exposition in Seville, Expo ‘92, or the positions of Commercial Director, Sales Director of State Corporation reused societies bequeathed assets of the Universal Exhibition, as Partecsa, or Isla Magica Park, SA Assumes the position of maximum responsibility in tourism in Andalusia, as Managing Director of the Public Utility Turismo Andaluz, SA under the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Junta de Andalucía and with responsibility for Tourism Promotion of Andalusia worldwide. He led a team of over 140 people and an annual budget of 45 to 50 M €. Managing Director of FM Consulting Group one of the leading real estate developers on the Costa del Sol took on a new challenge in 2007 as General Manager of the International Division of Lábaro Group and later as Vice President Fortalia Investment Group S.L. implementing policies and strategies of internationalization of the group in countries like Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Germany, Latvia, Portugal and Mexico. He has held a position of trust for the Mayor of the City of Estepona and was the main consultant for the tourist and advisory board of the Town Hall, also he works as Advisor and Consultant in Tourism and Real Estate Investments internationally with investors and promoters and through his own company Altair Group and has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Brazil You Property Partners V, SL.

Angela Schouten began her career as Sales Manager at Hotel del Golf Plaza in Marbella, after which she went on to serve as Sales Manager of ICW in Seville, organizing visits to the Seville Expo ‘92. In 1991, Angela founded with her husband Fausto Martinez, FM Consulting Realty Group. Her role within the company involves dealing with project developers third parties, monitoring operations and hotel management. Angela has worked in the foundation’s prestige FM with a history of quality, professionalism and service.


A key role in any company is that of Financial Director. It calls for breadth of knowledge about the business, integrity and financial acumen - David Ruiz fits the bill perfectly. He holds a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Malaga and a Master in Financial Management from ESIC Marketing & Business School in Granada, in addition to have real specific training in taxation, planning and finance by the “Instituto de Practica Empresarial� (IPE) of Malaga. Having joined us in 2001, he is not only highly qualified but knows every aspect of the company inside out, giving him a profound understanding of the needs of FM Consulting. He has a string of qualifications relevant to not just the financial world, but also to the real estate sector. Liked and respected throughout the company and the wider business world, David brings to us his ethos of hard work and integrity.


After joining the group in 2001, Maria has earned her place in the company after deserved promotions from secretary of sales to her current position as Director of Sales. Her efforts and results have allowed her to grow professionally, and thanks to her career knows the company like few others and is perfectly molded to its operational philosophy and totally familiar with the specialized departments that make FM Consulting Group. In addition, her years of experience in the property market of the Costa del Sol have given her a full knowledge of the cycles of the properties in the region, types of housing, residential areas and about different lifestyles, which she generously shares with our customers.


Spanish and Swedish parents, Oke Norgren is in an ideal position to play a service role, understanding it as much as what foreign visitors and owners seek as well as the way of doing things in Spain. Therefore, he is the right person for the position of Director of Resort at Cortijo del Mar - our luxurious hotel venture in residential tourism that combines the comforts of home with hotel-type service, whilst also part of the sales team. His experience in sales, public relations and customer service in addition to his qualities and friendly proactive attitude and language skills. Oke is part of an enthusiastic sales and customer satisfaction oriented team in Cortijo del Mar, and has earned the reputation of being entertaining, accessible and personable, and able to solve any problem that may arise. This approach is exactly what characterizes the work philosophy of the FM Group.


After obtaining a degree in “Business and Hospitality” Andy began his career in the prestigious Barclays Bank where he remained for over 10 years. After this experience, he moved to the hotel sector, running small hotels in South Wales and Devon, in the UK. He later joined one of the leading travel companies of the 90s and moved to Gran Canaria and one of the company’s flagship projects for over 4 years. Moving to mainland Spain, he was employed by one of the largest Real Estate Agencies on the Costa del Sol where he was quickly promoted and assumed responsibility for managing a team of over 70 sales staff, generating over 2000 property sales per year. Finally part of the FM team in 2010, managing its real estate division, FM Properties, directing the day-to-day operation of real estate sales, resale and new developments, assets for real estate investors, etc.


Behind every successful company there is a dedicated and skilled personnel; Maite has been a key member of FM Properties Realty Group team since he joined us in 2007. With a degree in Business Administration and gained invaluable experience in positions of trust in various companies, brought a high level of knowledge and expertise its role in the finance department. Maite has been crucial to the company in its supervisory duties and sales and marketing support, as well as its administrative and accounting tasks. Apart from her business skills, Maite’s personality has made her a valued and respected team member at FM Properties.


Efficient and cheerful, Diana is sympathetic and a friendly face that greets customers and colleagues who visit the head offices of FM Group in Nueva Andalusia, Marbella. Her proactive attitude, work ethic and organizational skills make her the perfect person to assist the Directors of the company, which she consistently manages thanks to her numerous talents. Alevtina Ivanova MARKETING

Alevtina Ivanova is our latest addition to FM Consulting, with her Psychology, Economics and Business Administration degree, bringing us a freshness and dynamism. Her extensive training and experience in customer service departments, administrative tasks and public relations, commercial and sales makes her the perfect fit, in the team at F.M. Alevtina is a skilled linguist with mastery of several languages, her mother tongue, Russian, Spanish, English and German. Worker and defender of “the culture of detail,� always ready to learn and take on new challenges, collaborative, enthusiastic, always with new ideas and initiatives that contribute to the team and the company.


Maria’s linguistic abilities have stood her in good stead in her sales career, enabling her not only to communicate fluently with people in Russian, Spanish and English, but also to correspond at the highest level. To her writing, translation and administrative skills she has added in-depth research into the European real estate markets before moving on to sales. This strong professional background gives her the excellent technical grounding for her job, which also draws greatly on her personable manner and her love for her adopted home, Marbella. In Maria we have someone who looks after our clients well, using the right blend of efficiency, professionalism, enthusiasm and a friendly, service-driven approach to make her achieve results whilst making it look easy.

Angeles brings experience and a proven track record of service-based results to our sales team. In addition to a great deal of experience in Marbella real estate her skills also include marketing affinity and the ability to see the bigger picture and think strategically. This also means she has organisation skills combined with commercial dynamism, which together with a customer service approach is just what we look for in our salespeople.
