Race Report - Westward Ho at Nelson Ledges was a great race last year - We need a qualifying session followed by a race on both days - People travelled from far away - We discussed specific issues to Formula 1st; barriers to entry are low, rentals are reasonable
• There are speakers scheduled at the Watkins Glen Center every month Membership • On February 5 we had 423 members • We are down 3 from December • Hopefully this number will swell with the spring racing season

Treasurer's Report - RoadRally and RallyCross are the only active groups right now - The only other activity was the banquet - Treasurer's report approved Solo - Mike discussed hiring an advocate to get back to the Army Depot, for a fee - Discussed having other nearby regions and BMWCCA to chip in for volume - Discussed Street Survival Rally - Last RoadRally event had 15 people - Last RallyCross also had 15 people - February RallyCross event is last event, no spring events due to sogginess - Start again in mid-summer Activities - 54 attended the banquet - We discussed using other social events like race spectating, Log Cabin, etc - events that spouses/ girlfriends/kids/families can attend - Solo vs. Road Racers at Syracuse Karts?
New Business • We need a new webmaster/social media person
• Rochester Auto Show February 28th through March 3rd, we will have a booth
- Lew brought the budget for the race and says we will make money based on his assumptions - The budget was reviewed by all board members line by line - We discussed whether NYSRRC and KRYDER sanctions were worthwhile - We discussed major/regional/ divisional series and their futures - Budget approved for this event
