The Nationwide Financial Leadership Rotation Program (FLRP) was designed to develop our next wave of financial leaders by providing a wide range of cross-functional assignments in finance, investments, strategy, marketing, accounting or internal audit. FLRP is one of the most innovative leadership development programs around. Rotation Assignment Examples FINANCE Structure & implement new cost behavior financial models. Implement operational metrics to support market situation models (market stabilization, established distribution & market expansion).

CORPORATE STRATEGY Influence the direction of the enterprise by working on strategic initiatives. Conduct research on critical trends impacting our industry. Assess opportunities for growth and recommend change.

INVESTMENTS Develop an alternative investment strategy (including manager selection) and a process for recommending strategic/financial investment opportunities.

INTERNAL AUDIT Identify and assess business risks and mitigating controls for investment hedging. Perform tests of design and operating effectiveness. Identify and resolve control issues, and present findings to senior management.

ACCOUNTING Assist and improve investment impairment process to more efficiently deliver necessary analysis and decisions, and to ensure proper sign off by auditors.
