The company was founded by industry experts with in-depth knowledge on product development, manufacturing and support.

Production Equipment FLT’s partner factories are equipped with high quality latest processing and testing equipment. There is a variety of highprecision large-scale machining centers, CNC machine tools, and special equipment, such as horizontal machining center, gantry processing center, large-scale Ball Lathe, horizontal boring and milling machine, and many others.

Our vast experience of valve supply to the Russian market and understanding of the Chinese Valve Industry has a strategic value and enables the company to have a greater international outreach. FLTFlowLine Tech Bellow Sealed Valves

Cryogenic Valves

FLT’s Bellow Sealed Valves are mainly used to prevent leakage from the stem for flammable, explosive, poisonous and deleterious media. Bellow Sealed Valves include Gate and Globe Valves, which are widely used in the chemical industry and solar thermoelectric projects.

Cryogenic Valves and Ultra-low temperature Valves include: Gate, Globe, Check and Ball Valves. Those are designed according to BS 6364 and can operate in low temperature conditions with temperature up to -196°C. Cryogenic testing can be performed for valves sizes up to 36˝ (DN900). Cryogenic Valves have been successfully used in many LNG and refinery projects, deepfreeze cabinet, methanol acyl and air separation plants.

FLTFlowLine Tech Safety Valves

Lined Gate, Ball, Butterfy, Globe, Check And Plug Valves Lined Valves have a Teflon coating inside the valves (i.e. cast iron or carbon steel valves) or/and a Teflon coating on trim’s surface (in which case is applied by molding pressuring). The coating is attached to the inner surface of the valve by the extrusion of the polymer under pressure. Teflon’s high resistance to corrosion allows various Lined Valves to be used for corrosive media; given Teflon’s particular properties of strong corrosion resistance it is attractive in producing gate, ball, butterfly, globe, check and plug valves. Teflon does not dissolve to alkaline material, fluorine, aromatic hydrocarbons and also Teflon has attractive properties vis-à-vis HCl, H2SO4, aqua regain, organic acid, strong oxidant, alternate thick and thin acid, alkali. Teflon coating is a cost cutting solution for corrosive media. It allows producing the valve body with cheaper materials while the coating retains strong corrosion resistance. Safety valves are used to prevent overshoot pressure in pipelines. A safety valve can be used as a single piece on its own or it can be composed of two spring loaded safety valves, which make up one inlet. Once the mechanism is switched on, one safety valve is open, while the other one is closed. The two valves can work in turns. The mechanism can be equipped with various types of safety valves in order to adapt to different working conditions, depending on the medium type, the temperature and the pressure. The connection dimension of flanges is made in compliance with ANSI, DIN, GB or other standards according to client requests.

FLTFlowLine Tech Wellhead Equipment & Christmas Tree

FLT’s Wellhead Equipment and Christmas Tree is used for fixing drilled wellhead and connecting the wellhead to the casing spring. It also seals and controls the annular casing, suspends tubing, controls wellhead pressure and adjusts flow rate. It can also be used to induce oil into the outlet pipeline, shut off the well when necessary, and apply to acid fracturing, water injection and test service. The features of Wellhead Equipment and Christmas Tree are as follows:
