ADULT NEW! Easy Meal Planning

Looking for a simple, flexible approach to putting dinner on the table? This class teaches an easy meal planning system that teaches how to plan meals that fit a family's food preferences, budget, and schedules. Class includes a planning workbook.

Check out page 10 for information on GUITAR CLASSES! Fascia Release & Restore

Fascia is a membrane that surrounds the muscles and can tighten after trauma, poor posture, or daily movement. Manipulating the tightened areas requires a deeper massage than a simple stretch can provide. Utilizing tennis balls (instructor provides) and foam rollers (student provides), this class will teach students how to effectively roll out head-to-toe tension. Restorative yoga movements will also be employed to help the student leave class feeling refreshed. Mats, straps, and blocks will be provided.
