A

couple of weeks ago I thought I’d stop in at Chameleon Fusion Bistro to check out a three piece band who call them selves “The KLB Band”. As I walked through the door I was greeted by a wall of glass that turned out to be a type of water fall. The room was nicely decorated and had an air about it that was warm and friendly. As I walked through the room I could see a room full of table’s and customers eating food that looked to be quite enjoyable from the expressions that dawned there faces. As a waitress walked past me with a platter of food that smelled simply wonderful, suddenly I felt myself a bit hungry. Funny how that works, you smell good food and your stomach starts talking to you. Off in a corner came a the sound of music that filled the room, not to loud to the point where it would disturb the patrons as they conversed in small talk while dinning, but just enough volume to entertain the patrons that filled the bar stools at the well stocked bar. The band which normally played out side on the patio every Saturday night starting about 8pm was forced to take it inside due to the rain that made every attempt to dampen the party like atmosphere, but it didn’t work. The Band quickly took the program inside nuzzled in a corner to the right of the bar. The music was familiar to me, and I quickly found myself enjoying myself with every beat these very skilled musicians played. Most of the music was from the 70’s 80’s and 90’s, it was easy listening and it sounded as though this Trio had been playing years together. Two of the band member were related to one another, a father and son team Ken and Brad ,the third man in the band was Larry Goldstein playing the key board. I was surprised to hear the full sound that came from these three musicians, but it didn’t surprise me, they with out a doubt had it together. Ken who seemed to head up this three piece band at one time was big into the metal scene, and was the drummer for Cause and Effect, “Damaged Inc. “and also played in a band some years back called “Fat Chance”. Now he says “ all I want to do is just play music, all types as he says..” Brad , Kens son also played rhythm with his dad in Damage Inc. with was a Metallica Tribute band . If your not doing anything on a Saturday night and want to sit down to some good eats and some good music, then drop in and enjoy yourself at You’ve seen it Florida Today and Space coast Live, and now you’ve seen it in Florida Rockstar Magazine. A big thumbs up to KLB Band and
